Meticulous Surgery

Dr. Kim is meticulous with the design and is very detail-oriented. He thoroughly explains the entire procedure and process. Follow up could improve as I felt rushed during check-up appointments. The nurses tend to be chaotic even during slow days and can make the patients feel rushed and anxious. Perhaps this can be a takeaway learning opportunity for the team. The team should be more mindful of the appointment time as at times I had to wait up to an hour.
